- UK-Only Shipping: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
- Exclusions: We do not ship internationally, to continental Europe, or to British Overseas Territories. We also currently do not ship to Republic of Ireland.

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 noon GMT will be processed the next business day.

- Preferred Shipping Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD

- Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your package from a local depot.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
7. Shipping to PO Boxes
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
