  • UK-Only Shipping: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
  • Exclusions: We do not ship internationally, to continental Europe, or to British Overseas Territories. We also currently do not ship to Republic of Ireland.

2. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 noon GMT will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 business days.
  • Preferred Shipping Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD

Shipping times may vary based on your location within the UK. Rural and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Free on orders over £40).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order value and your location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your package from a local depot.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

7. Shipping to PO Boxes

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
