1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We ship all orders received by 12 noon on the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off time will be shipped the following business day. 

We aim to deliver all parcels within 3-5 business days. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

2. Can I track my order? How do I get tracking information?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail from us that contains your parcel's tracking information. If you have any problems, please e-mail us at support@sereneliving.store.

 

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Do you offer free shipping? If not, how much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders £40 and above in total cart value.

Orders below £40 are charged a standard shipping fee of £3.99.

 

5. Are the colours and materials in the product images accurate?

We aim to provide as accurate a representation as possible in our product images so that you receive exactly what you want for your home. We provide photos with a variety of angles and backgrounds so you have as much information as you need before making a purchase. If you are unsure about anything of course, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

We provide free shipping on all orders £40 and above. In addition, we run various promotions throughout the year that offer incredible deals on select products. Please subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be the first one to know about all our upcoming offers and discounts.

 

8. What materials are your products made from, and are they sustainable or eco-friendly?

All our products are made from high quality sustainable materials that are durable and long-lasting.

 

 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

10. Do you offer international shipping?

We only ship to the UK for the moment.
